"Why You Lying?"

Paragraph 1- THE EVENT:

                  Would you lie to go to a party? Maybe a you wanted to go to a party. A girl named Trish, wanted to go to a party. so she lied to her parents. She told them she was sick, so she'd have to miss the two day trip to the bahamas. Trish didn't worry, because her parents fell for her wicked ways (haha). Trish was on her way, laughing oh so jolly to herself on the way to the party. "Well, well Trish Jakov, isnt your family on a cruise?" a business woman said eyeing her in the street. "Not yet" she mumbled, trying to duck her head. Wendy was Trish Dad's co-worker in the office. Of course she knew she envied the Jakov family, always getting promotions and vacations. Wendy whipped out her blow-out flip phone, and pressed one digit. Trish panicked and tried to make excuses. "-ww-wWait! they said i couldn't go, b-because i had bad grades." Wendy snickered. "You're just like your father, a bad liar." the voice on the other line spoke,- "Ah yes Kris Jakov, your daughter is here not at home..." the voice on the other line grew louder,and spoke more quickly. Trish gulped. "Oh great." she sighed.
