"Face Stuffer!!"
Imagine this:
Your watching the saddest soap opra that you would never usually watch, all alone. Stuffing your face with ice cream, cake, candy, pizza and a bunch of other starches and junk foods. Your already 245 pounds and only 23 years old! You know that your a wreck and that you should get back up on your feet, but the weight isn't letting you. Oh, and you should get back up on your feet, as in get your life back together. If you know what's best, why do you continue eating? Is it because your mad or depressed about something? Did a tragic event occur recently in your life? What can be a result/effect of this?
What can be a cause of this sad, soap opra food fest? There are many causes of this, but here's one. LOVE! It's the cause of most bad endings. Some people fall too hard for one person  and get their feelings hurt in the long run. Sometimes eating for comfort is the only way they can grieve from a situation. Love does a lot of things and for people who love to eat, they do it to make themself feel good about the situation. They use food as a way to get away from the pain.
There are also effects that come from eating for comfort. Here are some immediate effects of this:
1.Even lower self esteem than you had before.
             2. Gain more weight than you have before.
             3. Lose interest in many hobbies you may have had
             4. Cry your eyes out every chance you can get
             5. Go through depression.
                                                         and many more.
      Here are some long-term effects.
             1. Obesity
             2. Worst stage of depression
             3. Internal problems
             4. Diabetes
             5. High-blood pressure
             6. Death
Some good effects are that they realize how they've changed and correct it/ attempt to correct it as soon as possible.
